Maschinenpark
Our machinery fleet consists of 9 Battenfeld machines for plastic injection moulding. At the moment we are producing products of maximum injection volume 350cm3, maximum clamping force 180 t and of maximum size of tool mounting 520×800 mm.
We provide the production of a vast range of thermoplastics, such as PP, PE, PA, PC, PS, SAN, PC-‐ABS and many more. We realise that our customers' have different needs, which is the reason we offer colour dosing in the form of granule with Masterbachi Motan MB mini machines or the dosig of liquid colours with Colortek pumps.
We are aware that quality is the most important, which is why our machinery fleet includes drying furnaces for granulates and machines for the tempering of tools. At the same time we guarantee a stable cooling process of machines and tools with a refrigerator.
